Today morning I have done the Idea prepaid recharge of ₹179 + convenience fees ₹9 (Total payment ₹188). I paid the money through UPI. I received the payment acknowledgement. However, the recharge is not done. My Idea Number is not currently out of service because of this.
Payment details are atyachar for your reference. You can see the deactivated network of Idea on the up per right hand side.
Please help.
