Rechargecube — I recharged for my bsnl mobile [protected] but they cheated

I did the transaction on 21st July 2022 for INR 341 and INR 105 for the bsnal prepaid mobile . But recharge was not done and neither the amount is credited.
It's a fake company. Please get my money .
