This is to bring to your notice that I used website https://www.rechargefree.com/ to recharge my prepaid connection of mobile and and operator was RIM GSM. From May, 2012-July2012, I have faced the problem of failure recharge many times and do not get the refund till now inspite of mailing many times at [protected]@rechargefree.com and [protected]@rechargefree.com. Kindly request you to do the needful. Screenshots attached for reference.
