Red Quanta — Mystery shopping

I have done mystery shopping at BMW for Red Quanta in March 2018. I have been approved an amount of Rs.3000/- towards my audit. However, till date, after a passage of more than 2 years, i have not been issued any such payment. I have contacted these crooks many times but no response. Everytime i try to contact these people, i am told that your payment will be processed shortly. This has taken 2 years for these people but still, the payment has not been processed by them. I feel like i have wasted my precious time for these nonsense people which has resulted into nothing for me. I am feeling cheated and i had suffered mental agony due to this intolerable act of these people. I want a compensation for my mental agony and harassment. Please also ensure that this doesn't happen with any other person in future and take a strict action against them.
