Worst Service By Red Taxi Booking ID for 20 Mar 2014 at 18:59 is B[protected] Cab no.0272 chauffeur mobile no. 87xxxxx272 Chauffeur is rude to me; When i said to him that i will make a complaint on you be fore getting down the cab, he dint say nothing:When i walked few distance he said Hey Mr. "Go and complaint"; i know to face: After making Complaint to customer care; they they will call in haf an hour : more than a hour Passed : i posted in this FB post. I have booked a taxi in redtaxi network on 18th may-2016 @ 7:10pm against booking id of RB18053230. Customer care executive confirmed that taxi will be available with in 10 or 15mins for pickup. But vehicle will reach to ou door step by 7:45pm. Exactly 35mins late. In between this delay time, I have called a customer care department once and driver two times. They can't able to say their exact pickup time. They are not doing business for customer satisfaction.
