Hi, We have booked Red Taxi on Sunday and faced very bad experience with driver. He behaved very harshly / rudely with us and he raised his hands twice on me and throwing money even we were in very kind talking. My old Parents and 12 years son were with me and all were depressed much. Unfortunately one Police came and warned him for his activity and advised us to raise complaint against him on his behavior. Then i have informed all the details in Red Taxi Office Staff and she immediately raised complaint and i got message in my mobile. For last 3 days i am expecting call from Red Taxi and not received any call from them and no response. One landline call came yesterday but that time i was in some other official call. i also tried couple of times to the same number and it was not reached. After that no calls received from your company. We are regular customer for Rex Taxi for the past 8 years and no issues are facing till and felt very convenient and thought safety taxi at all times. Now we lost our hope on Red Taxi and all are vexed in our family. What are the safety points you can give your customers that too kind customers. Where is your stand in customer's critical / abnormal situation. i can raise complaint to Consumer Court / Ministry of Travel, but we don't want to take it up further this issue. I am writing this mail because none of them (particularly women) will affect further by the driver. That's it. If you want to secure people who believes you, you can take action, Otherwise not compulsory.
