We had purchased product bluetooth jabra talk 15 2 month ago from amazon side so that is not working. I discussed with jabra team on call they suggest me it's battery has been dead it will replace but jabra team not yet any response after one month.

Please look this matter on priority basis, i am so tired multiple times called jabra team but no positive response jabra team side.
