[Resolved]  Rediscover — burn on face

i am taking this laser hair reduction treatment from rediscover, yesterday that is 19/9/14 i went for the session, i noticed that my skin was itching, even during the session i asked the person that its too hot and it is hurting, will it burn my skin? she said no nothing will happen you could take it and so she went ahead . as soon as the session finished i noticed that my skin was hurting badly and this was the first time it happened . when i reached home my face was red and next morning it was black as if your skin has got burnt . I want a strict action to be taken against the company, since they are refusing to take their responsibility .
