I bought redmi note 4 via flipkart on 6th september 2017. Attached the first invoice copy for your reference. I started using the phone but to my surprise, i found certain unique problems in the brand new phone. (Attached the second invoice also)
1 the voice (Audio reception) goes down during a long call (After four to five minutes) and the receiver is also unable to hear the conversation at one audio level, as usual i thought it is net work issue and ignored. But the problem continued to persist even with good signal areas. This was checked and confirmed by your customer service engineer at annanagar – chennai. This time i did chose to return and i thought certainly it is not related to hardware as two brand new phones cant have same issues. So decided to take it to redmi mi service center.
2. When connected with bluetooth device (For that matter any brand, any type, including the mi brand bt used for checking the issues by one of the customer care centre at chennai annanagar redmi service centre the voice becomes low and also gets as if some electronic interference on the receiving ends. This was also confirmed on 25th, 27th and 28th when i visited for resolving this issues to your redmi centre at chennai annanagar.
3. Third is something related to above but i am afraid no one would have noticed it as this feature seldom used by mobile users. When we reocord some audio (Like songs in smule) when we replay the song, the audio levels keeps varying and very similar to calls reception... I also verified it by recording with other devices but there has been no such issues in those recording.
I visited your service centre from 25th september & there after almost every day and explained the issues, there were all kind enough to listen and attend the same, but today 28th september, they informed me and confirmed that the problems do exists and they have validated it with other bt, phone and advised me to use the device and they would raise a complaint to back end for addressing and resolving these issues through some software updation.
I also explained the issue on your chat feature to one mr, satish and he confirmed that he is also raising this as case id # 170928 – 016451. Attached the service record image also for your reference.
I request you to expedite the action as after buying the phone only on 6th i am unable to use the phone with these problems. Incidentally i bought normal redmi phone for my daughter same week and its working fine. I would request immediate action to resolve the issue as i don’t think customers can wait for weeks for software updation to happen.!
Either refund the money paid or send a model which is not having such issues. I am waiting for the next few days for mi to respond.
