Reebok India — Delay In replacement | |||
I Have purchased a swimming costume from Reebok Kolkata City Center 1 showroom cost 2699 INR Bill No. SC239. After using it 5 days I found a that the costume got a stitching defect. After we reach the store with the damaged product the filled up a replacement/dispute product form and ask me to wait for 2-3 days. After 2-3 days they are offering me the entirely different product. Once I rejected the same they are saying they are out of stock with that particular product for particular colour. But tat the time of purchasing they ensured me that they have a huge stock and they can replace it any time if any fault found. Now they are finally offering me the same product in a different colour. By seeing no other choice I asked them to replace with the same product with different colour but they are saying they do not have the stock in the store. It will take some more days. I am attaching few photo proofs of my product detail. So I cant see any other option than lodge a complaint against them because I cant take this daily harassment. Please look into this matter and do something so that I can get back my fresh dispute free costume soon. Since I have spend a good amount to join the swimming club. Regards, S.
