I bought Reebok shoes from their website shop4reebok.com on 7/8 and was delivered on 7/12, due to poor quality of the products, i have been trying to return them without any success. I have called more than 10 time and they are still not able to pick up my return product. I have sent numerous emails and also wrote to them in Twitter but they simply would not respond to me. The email is an automated response where they apologies and says it will be looked into. In Twitter, they won't even acknowledge my complaint. The representatives i spoke to keeps repeating that they have expedited my complaint and it will be done in next day or two. Extremely disappointed with the company, they are not taking responsibility of their poor products when the customer wants to return them. My only option now is to keep filing complaints in hopes that my issue will be resolved eventually. Please TAKE BACK YOUR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!
