Dear Sir,
This is in reference to a pair of Reebok shoes that I purchased from REEBOK showroom, Reebok Trimulgherry, Secundrabad on ( 27th June 2021), for MRP- Rs.7000, discounted price was Rs.4199.
I visited the local Reebok showroom in Gwalior (M.P.) (My Home Location) but they asked to get the bill from where I have bought the shoes.
I contacted Reebok Trimulgherry, but they denied to share the bill neither on mail nor on WhatsApp. Even they denied to give me the screenshot of the bill.
I would like to bring to your notice that the shoe purchased had the warranty of 6 months as was told to me, but just after a period of 3 months, that shoe has torn.
I've also dropped the mail 2 times @customer.[protected]@reebok.com from my email address (sidd.[protected]@gmail.com) but there is no response.
I am not having the bill but the transaction is reflected in my card statement.
As a suffered customer, sincerely request you to look into the matter as such costly shoes are not purchased every quarter.
