*Reebok Shoes 3rd Class product
Hi,
I purchased Reebok shoes on 28th June 2022 from Phonix Market City, Kurla Outlet but the invoice is still not provided till date.
After 45 days only the pasting started removing, Immediately I informed the outlet and asked for the invoice copy for the warranty claim but I got an invoice on 17th Nov, 2022 on WhatsApp from Salesman - Mr. Nilesh Tamboli.
Now, the outlet is saying that the warranty is only for 3 months but as I don't have the invoice copy and taking many follows for the same. How can I do the claim? What can i do now ?

We take the follow-up from him, he is a very rude & pathetic person. He doing only arguments nothing more. Don't have manners to handling the customer issues and don't have taking manners.
I request Reebok Customer Relations & Product Quality Team please involve in the same issue Or else I know how to escalate this issue to Reebok India.
