This company has through the following two transactions have unathorisedly withdrawn Rs 2xaRs999=1998/by using UPI.Detais are/-
1.UPIID-paytm[protected]@paytm
Transaction Id[protected].Rs 999/- dt.19th May2022
2.UPID-paytm[protected]@paytm
Transaction id[protected].Rs999/-dt17th May 2022.
This happened when I was ordering online Saregama mini from croma.

Updated by Jaitushar It is unfortunate that the issue has not been resolved instead of my registering that it is not resolved, It is very strange that no complaint number is given and it becomes difficult to track the complaint, The company is spoiling the name of Tata. I have a very bad experience and would suggest the customer not deal with croma .

Updated by Jaitushar No use. Because Croma does not take any action.A misleading provision which has no purpose. Why CEO at least once a week go through complaints and action on comments.
