I booked the flight for my wife from Kanpur to Bangalore on 11th Feb'23, but Indigo has made the direct flight as a hault for 5 hours in mumbai and asked me to submit the option of either change of ticket or refund. They said, they will refund the entire amount, but I can see only 1811 Rs. has been given into my goibibo account. Here it was cancelled my the Airlines, then why they charged me for the same, which is cheating. I want my entire refund. Was this information helpful? |
