I had ordered a mobile phone (vivo v 17 pro), which costed rs 2199 on @refurbishedmall website. After the successful transaction of money, I did not recieved any email or message or phone call from the other side. When call on the number which was mentioned on the website, it was unavailable and on email also I have not got any reply after admitting my issue on the mail that the website provided. I think it is a fake company/website which is taking money from people in the name of refurbished items. I need my money back, as i am from a low financial background family, this much amount of money matters a lot to me ...
