Firstly they are procrastinating for pick up of my phone since two & a half week.
Nextly they called Me & asked me sir can we pick your phone today I said yes but response was still the same nobody appeared for the pick up of the phone. They called me after three days & said sir we did not picked up your phone because u have cancelled the request & when I said this was not the case they called me after a while stating that u didn't attended our call & now the price has dropped down we are coming to pick it up at a dropped down price.
Whereas co. Itself is saying two different things & the fact is neither of the case .even tough I have not attended the call how about the passage of two weeks went by at co. Fault. Please assist me regarding the same as soon as possible.
