Rekha — amount not received but money deducted in my account

I have been Sincere Account Holder in Syndicate Bank. On 2.4.19 I swiped my debit card using an canara bank atm. Because there was not machine working in Syndicate Atm. I swiped for Rs 3000 but the machine display some error. So I decided to move another atm. But I received a message
SYN - INR 3000 dr to A/C ****6783 on 02-04.2019 18:48.But still money was not refund. I asked to the bank they said wait for three days. I am waiting past 8 days. No use. Help me for this.
