Dear Sir, I had purchased 4 pair of slippers from their official website. then i had to cancel the order because they were not able to deliver material in time. They sent me cancellation confirmation email but I did not get any refund. My order Number is as follows [protected] . Then they told me that I cannot get refund, but i will get e Money through which I can purchase anything else from their site, But the e money has not been credited in my account . It has been more than 3 weeks since I am trying to get refund.
