[Resolved]  Relaxo Footwear — relaxo sandals strip has removed

i buy relaxo sandals from jaipur mansarovar shop no 56/2, madhya marg by inoice no [protected] since 15-8-14, which strip has teared and exposed its foam i want to change with another pair of sandals. so please change it. because relaxo has good prestigeos brand, if it will broken within two months, what will be effect on consumer satisfaction
