I had bought black shoes from your showroom dated 21.12.2014, but after 7 days of buying the product started losing its shineness but shopkeeper doesn't pay any attention.I am very disappointed regarding your brand and if there is no strict action taken by your side than i have to switch to other brand.I want that you should replace my shoes as soon as possible otherwise you will lose your permanent customer.
