Relaxo Footwear — Replacement of defective shoes

I Karan Jit Sharma from Gurdaspur, Punjab have a complaint against RELAXO SHOWROOM IN GURDASPUR.I bought sparx shoes from them dated 16/12/2014 which were different in colour .I went to them for replacement they were delaying it. Mr manager said to me that colour of both the pair would match within two days.Today, I went to the showroom for replacement of the pair but, the manager refused to replace the pair.Some attachments are-(1)photo of shoes.(2)left shoe & right shoe.(3) copy of bill.Please help me in regard.contact number-[protected]
