Dear Sir/Madam I Goutam Sonvane bought a shoe from relaxo footwear from shop No. B-1345 Block-B, Gharoli Dairy Colony, MAYUR Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-110096. on date 09.08.15 vide invoice no.01516R[protected], item code BM-256, Gents black Shoe size-8, colour-Black (Item No.I[protected]P3) amount Rs.1899 . I am a permanent customer o[censored]r company. I am upset for this shoe's bottom sole opened within one time use and that was showing very bad . I hereby enclosed the copy of purchase bill and photos for your kind information. You may please see the photographs which provided to you in attached files. I Bought relaxo shoes colour grey/orange Rs 1549 Date 11/11/2015 at 4.41 pm on kapurthala (144601) show room in punjab. this shoes used only 3 hour then it created problem and i return shoes in same day at 8:00PM Show room was closed. then i came in show room next day that time manager is not on his shop . i gave shoes to working employee and again i came next day manager said i dont have power to change it and give new shoes on the behalf of new damaged shoes . he said talk to customer care first then i will do it. so i attached shoes bill and shoes problem image please changed my shoes and give me new relaxo shoes same colour as soon as possible. thankew very much.
