I have purchased one pair of black shoes from an exclusive relaxo store at kapurthala for Rs.749.40/- dated 12.02.2023. The manager of the store did not give the bill for the purchase & said that you will receive a message for this purchase on your mobile phone but it didn't come. Anyhow, invoice was not important to me as I & my family are regular customers of Relaxo footwear & satisfied as well till last week, but to my astonishment when I wore the new purchased shoes on 19.02.2023 (Sunday) on marriage function for which I have purchased these shoes, on the same evening I observed cuts on sides & on top of the shoes.
The very next day (20.02.2023) I went to the store but to my disappointment, manager of the store was on leave so today again on the way back from my job I went to get the shoes replaced but the manager said for that you need to put an online complaint on this mail ID to get the needful done.
Today he seemed to be a totally changed person because at the time of purchase he said "arre sir aap kyun chinta karte ho agar koi dikkat ayegi toh mere paas le aana". When I confronted him about why he had given me false assurance at the time of purchase that he is there to replace the pair if there is any problem with the same, he didn't reply and told me to contact customer care.
Looking for a positive & quick response from your side as this is my hard earned money and I would not let it go waste like this. Either I want a replacement for the same or full refund of my purchase. Was this information helpful? |
