Sir/Madam, I have purchased a pair of shoes BM-217, Rodio-6, Bill no- 265 from your outlet Rohini, Sector-11 at 12/04/2014, .They are complained shoes. We have gave it for replace that shoes at your outlet dated 18/05/2014, but these shoes were not replace till yet. Please replace it as soon as possible. I will send this mail many times to you .That there is no respond (action) taken to BM-217 from Rohini, Sector-11 so please replace this shoe
