Releasemyad.com — Double charged by cheating and not providing the Services for which paid for

I booked the same Ad in two newspapers - Times of India, Pune and Indian Express, Pune with details as follows :-

After booking the Ad and making full payment as per selected categories, someone from Release My Ad called me and asked me to pay another Rs 2874 in addition to a similar amount I had already paid saying that the Ad was not in the correct category.

As this was my first ( and will be the last ) experience with this company I went ahead and paid. But I did call them and ask them if this was a fraud call. But they said that this was authentic call.

Now the first Ad in TOI, Pune on the 15/01/2022 did not appear.

I feel I have been cheated.

I am writing to them to Refund ALL my money and at the same time placing my Complaint here.

This company is a Fraud and should be stopped.
