Hi, This is regarding one classified (Ad ID : 1141264) which i booked for the matrimonial section of Dainik Jugasankha Guwahati edition and Silchar edition on 31-08-14 and the ad was to be released in the paper 07th September 2014 edition. But, till date the ad is not published. I had given one complaint here also, to which i got a confirmation that the ad will be published on 5th October's edition. But, its not published on 5th as well as today's (12th October) edition. I dont understand whats taking so long to publish one ad. Its been more than a month that i booked the ad and paid for it. Even after confirmation, why cant you make sure that the ad is published! .How long should I wait. Mailing the release ad customer care also does not help. I sent a mail that its not published on 5th october's edition. Did not get any reply. So, i am registering a complaint here. Please let me know whats stopping you from releasing the ad and when Can i expect the ad to be released. If its so difficult to publish it, then reimburse my amount, without deducting the cancellation charges as i am not cancelling it, you are unable to publish it, .!!!

Updated by sukanya1234 Even the ad did not get published today i.e. 19th october 2014...what is going on here...i have been waiting since 7th of september to see my ad and its still not published...sending you emails also does not help!!...how many more complaints you need to publish the ads?...a total of almost 1400 rupees is stuck due to these ads...I wont let you digest my money like this...you have to publish my ads or i will make you pay for this betrayal...its more than 2 months that i have booked the ads for the two editions of dainik jugasankha and there is no resolution from you guys yet...you guys even dont care to respond to my e-mails...what kind of professionalism is this...if you cannot publish ads on given dates then why r u in this business!!...i want a reply giving explanation about this within 2 days and want the ads to be published in the next week's edition i.e. 26 october 2014 ...dont dissapoint me this time...anyways this is going to be the last time that i am booking any ad thorugh you...after this pathetic experience i am not going to come back ...REPLY ME!!!
