[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Change of set up box | |||
I am having reliance big tv connection no.[protected] in the name B.Umaarani.I registered a complaint on 1.9.2015, my service request no is[protected]. They told to change the set up box on their visit. But before changing the complaint was closed and charged 175. Again on 3.9.2015 I registered the complaint service request no.[protected]. On 4.9.2915 message came it is suspended and asked to pay 338. Some one called to pay 500 for set up box, then only they will come to change. I paid rs.838 on 5.9/2015. But till now nobody came to change the set up box. They are telling that no stock of set up box. Already eight days over after registering the complaint and I have no connection from 28.8.2015. I am very much disappointed of your service. So kindly look into the matter and take immediate action. Was this information helpful? | |||
