[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Reliance big tv set top box & customer care resolution | |||||
The sensor of the set top box is not working because of which i am unable to use the remote and change channels. I have raised minimum 7 complaints by now and waited for 48 hours for a technical support person to visit my place. However all the complaints got closed by telling the address is outside pune boundary, or customer didn't pick phone or customers phone is not reachable and the truth is i never received any call. I had warned them several times by telling if not resolved i will put this matter to consumer complaints forum. The way customer care people treated me was pathetic. Reliance Big TV — Not able to communicate with customer care, worst customer care, channels are not clear
Channels such as 9xm, music india are not clear full of grains, ia'm not able to see such channels.When i call to customer care they dont pick my call, i tried a lot.big tv charges huge amount for their services, when one partof the dish got defect they charge extra price as their service chargeCustomer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
