Reliance Bigtv — big tv subscription/booking payment | |||
I have done the payment of rs. 1499/- on 16th april 2018 through my credit card for big tv dth connectio and got text message from the service provider that the installation will be done between 30 to 45 days with the booking id 14545412, and after that got a text message on 4th may 2018 informing that dear customer we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that the installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june 2018. But after that there is no single word from the company. I tried to contact the customer care but no answer from big tv. Now i need my full refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked reliance big tv at 14 March 2018 my booking ID14523010 transaction reference LCMP[protected].commited time was 30 to 45 days.but does not installed till today date 30 oct.2018.There is no response my mail & customer care call.So please resolve my complaint. Thanks
