Reliance Bigtv — error 200 for paid channels and stb issues

I have been trying to reach you for last 15 days and the message i get is "due to exigency the service is not available" and the second call i make, message is, "you have reached maximum attempt's for the day".
It was showing error 200 for all paid channels and now set top box is also not working. My smart card number is[protected].
