Reliance Bigtv — error 400 on screen for past 7 days

For the past 7 days, there is no channel telecasting. My card nymber is[protected]. I have already registered the complaint on 27th of July, 2017, your representative said someone from the company would visit in the next 48 hours but its been more than three days now and no one has visited. What is the reason behind this non responsive attitude? You people are not responding even to the call and ofcourse would not be refunding me back the daily charges i'm paying for the plan i'm using.
