Reliance Bigtv — installation not done in 7 months despite taking payment

Dear representative,
I booked a connection of Reliance Digital TV on 18th April (booking ID[protected]. The company promised that installation will be done in 30-45 days. However, more than 6 months have passed and yet there has been no intimation regarding installation. I have repeatedly emailed and called the customer care and the representative kept postponing the installation date.I would like to receive a refund with suitable compensation.
