Reliance Bigtv — non installation of tv connection

I have booked Reliance Big TV connection by paying Rs 499/- on 15 Mar 2018 under booking I'd No 14524454. As per terms and conditions of booking connection was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Despite of speaking to Customer care several times and sending so many emails connection has not been installed so far. They are making general public fool and strict action should be taken again Reliance Big TV. I would request that Rs 499/- booking amount alongwith interest may please be refunded to me at the earliest.
