Since three days not getting star and zee channels.. customer care no. not working, not able to contact also.. we are not getting any idea what to do? shall we continue with reliance big tv or not ? our set box no. is[protected] please help me Please let us know till when we get all channels and actually I want to make recharge for one year pack but if this type service I get then what. I have big TV connection under scheme pretty booking on dated 3march 2018 but till date I can not received any confirmation message from your company. I have called many times but every time gives me negative response from company side. What is this going on? Close your big TV business because you are not able to satisfy your customers...
