[Resolved]  Reliance Bigtv — not installation of pre booked rbig tv connection

Address:Patna, Bihar, 800014

I was booked the RBIG TV connection on 26 march and my booking id is A12957382 but till today installation didn't done and when i talk to consumer care they didn't give satisfied answer... Today is 6 august and the last extended date was 31st july... But when i called to customer care they again said that wait.

So sir i am requested you for resolved this problem.

I have booking on 03.03.2018 and my booking ID is 12524162. As per company's offer set-up box will be installed within 30-45 days. But after completion of 5 month still not installed. No confirm date from company for installation
