Reliance Bigtv — not proper action is taken

I have paid some amount of money a long time before for the channels i want to have but i have not got them yet even the costumer care is not picking up the call. Even i am not getting proper channels. What a poor service you are providing
This is complete cheating neither i am getting any information about my channels nor any message regarding them i don't want but i have to complain if my problems are not solved.

Therefore i request you to take a look on my problem.

I would like to inform you that last 2 week most of the star channel is showing error code 200.

I also inform you that all the channel is free for one year.I also draw your attention with out information most of the channel is unsubscribe

kindly look into the matter and resolve same

Mere pese vapis kare mujhe aapki use nahi karni dish star ke channel koi bhi nahi a rahe hai mere paise vapis kare me upper complaint karunga yeh dish mujhe bola gya tha pure channel aate mujhe 3000 rupey fraud liye Gaye hai Mene yeh Maya ke yaha se li
