[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — recharge is not showing in my account

I am really very annoyed with your services. I am trying to call at your call center number but unable to reach customer care executive after trying so many time and waiting for more than 15 min each time.
I just want to inquire why my recharge is not reflecting in my account which i have done on 3rd sep night using paytm order no.[protected] and have got successful message at my inbox.

Please check and confirm.

Error 400 is shown from last 7 days. Trying to call on toll free number even after holding for 20 to 30 mins no one receives call . Please stop your pathetic toll free number for complaining.

I have reliance big tv no.[protected]. I have changed my house and requested installation at new house but no one from customer service had responded. Worst services provided by reliance. I want to change my DTH services at the earliest. Customer money is not of value for these companies.
