Reliance Bigtv — refund of money

Hi reliance team,

I have booked connection on 1st march 2018, booking id 12503778. After many follow ups, your customer care denied always for installation of new connection. It should have been installed within 45 days as per your promise but you have failed. Kindly return my rs 499 with compensation otherwise i will take legal action against your company.

Sir, I am not able to watch some channel like starplus, stargold etc..
When I visit on that channels then it tells that, Channel temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.

I have 3independent set top boxes they were not working for last 3days, they are connected with one dish antenna, error 400 displayed on TV screen. Plz help me out. Your costumer service are always not reachables. My contact number is [protected]. I have contacted you but couldn't get to you.
