We had recharged reliance big tv in the month of october 2017. It was a six months pack and since last two months i am continuously trying customer care no one is answering call.
We are getting hardly few channels, not even getting info about if i migrate to other dth what about my remaining balance amount?
Please anyone help me in this matter.
