I purchased a washing machine and also bought extended wararnty, where i was to recieve a free service of an ac and when i wanted to avail it they said it is only dry cleaning which was not mentioned earlier and when i called the salesman gaurav [protected] with whose help the lg washing machine was bought he boldly and condesendingly says this is what it is... Challenging me to do whatever i can do by being rude and disrespectful to me. Is this how they are taught in reliance digital to behave with a customer??
