I have applied a loan of rs 10 lac online and filled the loan form on 14/10/2022 and on 15/10/2022 i received a call from reliance finance limited operator vide mobile number+[protected] and aked me to send ur bank details, aadhar card and pan .then i send d above details and share my adhar card, pan and bank details then the operator told me that we have checked ur cibil score and it was good so pay 2550 rs as processing fee..i paid the same through upi i.e phnpe through scan code send by the fraud operator ..aftersometime i received the WhatsApp msg that my loan has been approved then again he called me that now u would have to pay 15400 rs as insurance charges wich shall be mandatory to proceed further .then i paid the same amount through same procedure i e phnpe scan code ..then again i received a message that u have to pay 25500 as gst charges to get the loan amount..same i did to pay them 25500 after that again they demand to pay 15000 for activation account charges...thsi time i persude my self and asked them I'll not pay even single penny ..firstly cancelled my loan application and refund my whole money ..buthey they said it is not possible ..only solution is to paid 10200 rs as penalty charges..it is prayed that kindly resolved my issue and aisst me to refund my hard earned money..
