On 2nd March' 2020, I received a Call from Reliance General Insurance customer care. With high grievance, I am forced to write that Reliance General Insurance Customer Care is highly Unprofessional and Unethical with its Customers upon whom I had put my trust and done my insurance with among number of other available
insurance companies.
The Customer Care representative that called me regarding my complaint and who supposed to provide assistance and resolution to me was instead rude and focused on justifying their act of rejection of my claim due to improper declaration. I now realize that there can be quite a few like me suffering due to such Unprofessional and Unethical behavior of Reliance General Insurance Company.
First, The surveyors of Reliance General Insurance who are non cooperative with Customers.
Even after giving due feedback to his intimation regarding improper declaration does not gave me chance to submit re-declaration. No verbal statement taken from the customer by surveyor and When I tried to reached them to submit my re-declaration in writing no response to call. And above all they started to transfer my case to one another. Such harassing people whom we have to deal with.
Then, Reliance General Insurance Company.
No intimation regarding the claim process being provided to customers as other Insurance Companies who provide details on mail, phone number and other registered modes. Their Only point of contact is surveyor who is non-cooperative.
Due to ignorance of surveyors, Its the customer who suffers and cheated. And company seems to promote such behavior. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
Looking for a genuine reply, I hope company would take necessary steps against such unethical practices and ideally reimburse my loss.
