Reliance Jio Infocomm — activation of sim in jio phone and getting bill of purchase jio phone | |||
Sir, I purchased 3 jio phone on december 2017. But till now not a single sim is activated. Also the jio store person haven't gave any bill for my jio phone. Whenever i am going there for my jio phone bill and activation of my sim they are telling that they will give letter. Almost 45 days over but they are not taking it seriously. My mobile no [protected] was recharged through [protected]@UPI Ref no.[protected] on 05-01-18.with Rs 399/=but calls are barred since 06-01-18.kindly rectify or refund my amount immedeately
