Jio is treating their customers very badly.. I have a plan of ₹149 which gives 1.50GB daily .. the usage got renewed at 12.43am and by 1.43 am it got exhausted.. I was shocked to see as I haven’t used the internet.. customer care advisor was so rude and unhelpful.. they said I have used it that’s y it has exhausted.. this is awful and I will definitely change the provider as this is not the way .. when I hv nt used data why it has been exhausted without any reason.. I don’t mind if I hv used the plan, why would I chase customer service at 2.10am.. unacceptable behaviour

I recharged my number [protected], on[protected] time 11.18.05 with Rs. 248.00.

Even after recharge, the number has not been activated and its not working.
I lost my money.
Now should I deactivate and discard all my Jio numbers ??
