Reliance Jio Infocomm — double recharge of my plan and refund of rs 151 on mob no [protected]

My mobile no: [protected] on which rs 151 is to be refunded
Rs 151 home work plan mistakenly recharged on my mobile [protected] by me due to wrong data available in google portal through mobokwik wallet vide vide ref no br0004r2dsz5 dated 07 jun 20. As per google information it was showing that this plan cater for 30 gb data and unlimited voice calling. But after recharge my outgoing voice call could not be done, so i contacted customer care jio. He briefed me that this plan is home work plan and only valid for 30 gb of data for 30 days. I immediately recharge my number [protected] with rs 555 (84 days 1.5 gb data per day and unlimited calling). By recharging this my mistakenly recharge of 151 overide by recharge 555. But customer care refused for refund of rs 151 from their level. So i raised my grievances through pgportal.gov.in vide repeated complain no dotel/e/2020/16337 & 17379 dated 07 jun 20 & 14 jun 20. My complain could not being resolved by jio level, as the disposal given by jio, not reviewed by any official on that portal, so they are free to justify the things in their favour. Complain redressed by jio personnel advised that as you have recharge it you can use it also. But as i am having the 1.5 gb data per day with unlimited voice calling and i don't require any more plan further. Jio wants to keep my both plan with them and my grievance is that i should not be supposed to pay the amount for which i am not availing the services. If it happens that mistakenly i recharged my number with bulk amount like rs 5000 then as per the jio opinion that they are not going to return this to customer. Jio acting in such a way that they are not accountable for customer as well as with public authority. This is the monopoly practice by jio, which need to be addressed immediately by consumer protection act in vogue. Pls look in to the matter so that my unused recharge get refunded as early as possible and the jio to be made to understand that they should respect the hard earning of customer.
