Reliance Jio Infocomm — internet speed not upto the mark # [protected] | |||
Dear concern This is to inform you that i am not satisfied with the service of reliance jio. Surprisingly, i was much satisfied with your free service rather than their paid service. A paid service would be more fruitful and error free against free service. Isn't it?? Every time, i get the error : 'unable to get the jio sim configured'. Moreover, the internet speed with the free service was excellent as compared to the speed, i am getting, with the paid service i. E 309 plan. Was it an eye wash of of better service for the free offer to increase their database of customers so that they can opt for the paid service?? Hope my issues will be resolved asap. Network speed is barely 1 Mbps while claims are 1Gbps... or 0.001% which is a joke
