Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio international roaming refund

Hi, I am currently in USA for a trip. I wanted to login into one of my UPI accounts . I have recharged jio International roaming package which is rupees 575 in order to get the roaming benifits. After the recharge i inserted the sim but didn't get any signal. I am currently in texas, Dallas. i get a strong At and t signal here which is by the way jio usa partner. If i contacted the customer care, the executives said that the sim is damaged and i would not get any refund for that. I didn't use the international roaming package at all but still jio has charged me 575. I simply lost 575 for no reason and i feel like iam being fooled. why would I recharge the package if my sim is not working?. I request jio to kindly if possible refund 575. phone number: [protected]
