Dear Sir,
I paid Jio agents a security deposit of Rs 599 for their postpaid connection. Until now, the security deposit hasn't even been acknowledged. When I contact the agents, they just don't answer my calls. I've raised several complaints with Jio customer care and escalated it too but no use - they just don't get back.
I request you to ask this horrible company to please not steal my money. I would like to terminate the connection asap as their service is atrocious (almost non existent). They are welcome to adjust the current due amount of Rs 470 against the security deposit and refund me the balance. But, they aren't even acknowledging receipt of balance despite screenshots and payment proof being sent multiple times.
Jio is one of the worst companies in the country - period.
I request you to please take this up with them and ask them to do the right thing and acknowledge Rs 599 paid as a deposit. Anything else is highway robbery, and given their attitude towards all the tickets I've raised, they don't care two hoots either - I really believe their agent Sumit Mishra stole my money on pretext on deposit being required when it wasn't, and now Jio won't help either.
Please help.
