Sir, refer my email dated 14 April 2017 it is sorry to inform you that no action is taken by your end. I have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime offer on[protected] for Rs 99/- through internet Banking. Rs 99/- debited from my bank account number [protected] on[protected] but message shows that recharge failed. Payment reference number received is IGAAWRPIY5 (attached bank account statement). Secondly, Again I have recharge my mobile number [protected] in jio prime offer on[protected] for Rs 99/- that is successfull. ( Bank account statement attached.) Kindly take necessary action in this regard and credit Rs 99/- in my bank account number [protected] State Bank of India Dhariwal branch as soon as possible. Kindly check your record and check it from my bank account statement attached with this email that I have recharge two times. First recharge on 1st March through internet banking which is unsuccessful and 2nd recharge on 3rd March through sbi debit card which is successful.
